Christmas shipping

The last recommended date for ordering anything for Christmas is December 16th, in accordance with Royal Mail guidelines. Please note that Royal Mail are experiencing seasonal delays so your order might take longer than you expect to arrive. Please be patient - I promise I'm doing my very best to get them posted out ASAP! Choosing First Class postage is strongly recommended at this point, just to give your order the best chance of arriving in good time.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders over £20. Otherwise it ranges from 50p - £2.99 depending on your order and how quickly you want it.

How long will it take?


All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. You will receive an email when your item(s) have been dispatched. 

If you really need something in a hurry, let me know and I’ll do my very best to get it in the post the next day if I can!

All items are sent Royal Mail Second Class as standard, which usually takes 2-3 business days. Please choose First Class delivery if you need your order quickly.

Please note that due to Covid-19 there are still some postal delays, so your order may take slightly longer than expected.

International shipping

Currently, Callisto Design Co. only ships within the UK, but I hope to start shipping internationally soon. I do offer international shipping on orders placed via my Etsy shop.


All of the packaging I use is fully recyclable or compostable, and as much as possible it is already recycled. Very occasionally I may send something in a reused box or envelope to reduce waste. Please reuse or recycle the packaging that you receive wherever possible!


Unfortunately I don’t currently accept returns or exchanges - but don't worry, if there's a problem with your order, I'm sure we can sort it!

In the event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect in any way, please email me as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition so I can immediately look into and address the issue.
